Minimum Wages: Minimum Wages for the state of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh has been revised with effect from 01st July 2021.  The unskilled minimum wages for the state Haryana has been fixed to Rs.9803.24. The semi skilled wages has been fixed to Rs.10293.36 for Class-A and Rs.10808.02 for Class-B respectively. The skilled category minimum wages has been revised to Rs.11348.43 for Class-A and Rs.11915.86 for Class-B respectively. Highly Skilled minimum wages is fixed to Rs.12511.65.

The minimum wages for Himachal Pradesh has been revised with effect from 01st April 2021. The Unskilled minimum wages has been fixed to Rs.8234/-,. The minimum wages for Semi Skilled is Rs.8674/-, skilled category is Rs.9602/- and fixed Rs.10061/- for highly skilled category employees.

Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund: The Labour Welfare Fund contribution rates of Tamil Nadu state has been revised. It is fixed Rs.50/- as employee contribution and the employer will contribute Rs.100/- per employee. The Government shall also contribute Rs.50/- per employee per annum. Employers can deduct the LWF amount from employees in the payroll month December and remit it along with Employer’s contribution at the LWF department on or before 31st January subsequent year.
